Who writes The Floor Wright
Marcus Reed has spent years working as a flooring installer, going into other people's homes to rip out old carpet, level subfloors, and lay everything from vinyl plank to hardwood and tile. He judges every job by what the room and budget actually call for, not brand hype, and knows firsthand which installs go smoothly and which ones come back as callbacks. Their hands-on experience covers subfloor prep and moisture testing, vinyl plank vs sheet vinyl installation, hardwood sanding and refinishing, carpet padding and seam work, tile layout and grout lines, and laminate click-lock installation.

How we work
